Echo (print newsletter) The Echo prints at 8.5 x 11 inches with 0.25-inch margins on all sides. Dimensions below reflect the live ad area and are rounded to the nearest quarter inch. Sizes may vary slightly by issue.

• Full page: 8.0" wide x 10.5" tall

• Half page (horizontal): 8.0" wide x 5.25" tall

• Quarter page: 4.0" wide x 5.25" tall

• Eighth page: 4.0" wide x 2.75" tall

Extra (e-newsletter) Ads should be approximately 600 x 200px as a JPG or PNG, with a file size under 1MB. You may optionally include one hyperlink and one to two lines of text below your image.

Echo (print newsletter) — The Echo is published quarterly. Deadlines are:

• Spring: February 15

• Summer: May 15

• Fall: August 15

• Winter: November 15

Issues typically reach mailboxes in the first one to two weeks of March, June, September, and November. If you purchase a multi-issue package, your most recent ad will run in future issues automatically unless a new ad is submitted by the applicable deadline.

Extra (e-newsletter) — Ads are due by the 15th of each month. The Extra is typically sent during the final week of the month. Multi-month package holders: your most recent ad will continue running unless a new one is submitted by the monthly deadline.

Need to swap out an ad after submitting? Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate the change. We're an all-volunteer organization, so updates aren't guaranteed, but we'll try.
