• Full page: 8.0" wide x 10.5" tall

• Half page (horizontal): 8.0" wide x 5.25" tall

• Quarter page: 4.0" wide x 5.25" tall

• Eighth page: 4.0" wide x 2.75" tall

Dimensions are based on available layout space and may vary slightly by issue.

We prefer image-based files such as PNG or JPG. PDF files are also acceptable. For both the Elvehjem Echo and Elvehjem Extra, advertisers may optionally include a hyperlink to their website or a specific landing page.

The Echo is published quarterly. Ad submission deadlines are:

• Spring: February 15

• Summer: May 15

• Fall: August 15

• Winter: November 15

Issues hit mailboxes typically in the first one to two weeks of March, June, September, and November.

If you purchase a multi-issue package, your most recent ad will continue to run in future issues unless a new ad is submitted by the applicable deadline.

Elvehjem Extra (e-newsletter) ads are due by the 15th of each month. The Extra is typically sent during the final week of the month.
